I completely fell in love with skincare while in Korea. I learned how important it was to keep your skin healthy and how relaxing it could be to add some routine to your life. Unfortunately, during my travel adventures, I’ve gotten out of the habit of doing it, and I can tell. Fine lines are emerging under my eyes, my skin is parched and my face just doesn’t feel as healthy. Time to get back to it! But this time, instead of using Korean products (which are often expensive in Europe) I’m going to focus on using Mediterranean products. So let’s break it down!
Also, I made a quick video showing everything, if you prefer to watch it. Otherwise, read on 🙂
Toner: Nikel Rose Tonic. Toners can be used for lot of different reason but I like to start off with an incredibly hydrating first layer. Since rose water is the main ingredient in this tonic, it works well–rose water is anti-bacterial which means it not only nourishes and hydrate my skin but also gives it a gentle cleans as well!
Serum: Probiotic Rosa Clean S.O.S. Face Serum. It has probiotics which help protect the skin, niacinamide which is a form of B3 which helps repair damaged cells and a very gentle fine line remover, and hyaluronic acid which is incredibly hydrating! Hyaluronic acid keeps your skin plump (aka wrinkle free) and radiant!
Day Cream: Absolute Organic Aloe Vera Day Cream. This cream is packed with oils, hyaluronic acid, and aloe vera, and it’s not greasy–perfect for under makeup!
Cleanser: Apivita’s 3 in 1 Cleansing Milk with Chamomile and Honey. It’s filled with a variety of oils which help remove make up gently. It also smells great!
Toner: Nikes Rose Tonic. I apply the toner right after the cleanser.
Serum: Probiotic Rosal Clean S.O.S. Face Serum. I stick with the same toner and serum in the evening which keeps it simple. Ideally, I would love to add some variety to my evening and morning routine just because I think it’s fun but while traveling it’s good to have as little products to pack as possible.
Night Cream: Korres’ 48 Hour Moister Pro Advanced Repair Sleeping Facial Greek Yoghurt. It is a incredibly creamy, moisturizing formula. Like many women who have used it, I felt results overnight! Did you know that Greek yogurt is actually amazing for your skin, it makes a great base for a homemade mask! I don’t enjoy putting food on my face but I am excited to have this evening cream!
What’s your favorite products?
